Each day is a balanced mix of movement, mindfulness, and restoration, leaving you lighter, stronger, and more aligned.

Mornings kick off with energizing stretches before taking on challenging hikes through Madeira’s dramatic coastline, lush forests, and steep valleys. These treks require a solid level of physical fitness, as you'll navigate rugged terrain and significant elevation changes. Along the way, you might dive into the islands pristine natural pools, experiencing the refreshing power of cold water immersion.

Afternoons blend activity and restoration—breathwork, meditation, and forest bathing reset your nervous system, while functional fitness sessions build strength. There’s also time to simply be—in a hammock, by the pool, or gardens.

Evenings are for deep relaxation, with expert-led massages, restorative practices, and nourishing cuisine.

An intuitive flow rather than a rigid schedule allow for tuning-in, resetting & reconnecting with yourself.

Your trip is designed to be effortless—all-inclusive, so you can just show up. I’ve got you covered with no surprise extras and

5 days and 5 nights in boho-chic accommodations, homemade plant-centric and pescatarian meals, fresh juices, smoothies, tonics, teas, and healthy snacks. Your days will be filled with wellness-focused activities and topped off with three indulgent massages.

To enhance your experience, we may incorporate additional therapies led by local practitioners and specialists—think acupuncture, reflexology, facials, surfing, canyoning, mountain biking, lymphatic drainage, and of course, Reiki (because, obviously). Nothing is set in stone—we’ll flow with the energy of the group and the moment.

Hi, I’m Katelyn.

When I decided to host retreats, my goal was simple: to share the life-changing experiences that breathed fresh life into me. I take the best parts of the retreats I’ve attended, smooth out the not-so-great ones, and create something truly easy and special for you. My favorite thing about retreats (thanks for asking)? You just get to show up. No planning, no overthinking—just space to pause, reconnect, and return to your most authentic self. Like in a Reiki session, you surrender while I take the wheel for a while.

I love a trip that blends soul-awakening practices with a bit of adventure—fueling both spirit and body. My retreats are designed to bridge that connection.

Flashback to Bali—the trip that changed my everything. A yoga retreat cracked me open and sparked my curiosity (and my soul) about meditation, breathwork, and sound healing—all the modalities that reconnect us with spirit. That curiosity led me deep into the Costa Rican jungle, where I became a certified Reiki practitioner. Shortly after, Bridgeworks Wellness was born—not just as a business, but as a way of life. Last year, I wrote in my journal that I wanted to make a living traveling the world, and well… here we are. Manifestation in action.

I’m just like you—except maybe with a few more crystals in my pocket. Down to earth yet connected to spirit, I couldn’t be more excited to bridge that gap for you as we explore the world and figure out life together. Here’s to living our best life—fully, freely, and in flow.
